Specialised programmes

One-to-one personal training

If you want the absolute best results through specific programmes and bespoke lifestyle and dietary advice, this is the premium path. It is a completely private, 1-to-1 environment. Just you and I working through a strategy built entirely around you.

Sessions typically range from one to two times per week. You do not need to spend five days a week grinding in a gym; you simply need a functional weekly programme that targets every aspect of your body efficiently.

Group personal training

Do you have a training partner, or a small team of two to four people? This option keeps the training highly personalized while allowing you to work out with friends or your partner. It creates a fantastic, motivating atmosphere filled with teamwork and shared goals to push you along while enjoying time with the key people in your life.

Post-pregnancy training

A highly specialised programme designed to help you safely return to fitness after giving birth. This training incorporates specific exercises focused on rebuilding core strength, improving flexibility and gently regaining your health and shape at a pace that is right for your body.

Online personal training

This option is highly time-efficient, effective, and delivered straight to the comfort of your own home. It is ideal for anyone looking to fit a workout into a lunch break, remote workers or parents at home with young children.

Specific goal and event training 

If you are looking to take on your first 10k run, a triathlon, a Tough Mudder or simply want to break your own personal records, we can build a plan for it. We will work specifically towards your target event using both indoor and outdoor training techniques.

Elite sports performance

Alongside event prep, I specialise in high-level sports-specific training. I have coached athletes on elite training programmes and worked directly with professional sportspeople. Together, we zero in on the exact performance niche you need to unlock your potential, master your specific discipline and get further and better at what you do.
