Welcome! My name is Tom Challis. I am a personal trainer, nutritionist and lifestyle coach and I have been running USPT for the past 11 years. Over the last decade, I have worked with more than 100 clients to achieve and build solid lifestyle foundations that they can carry with them every single day.

My passion for fitness started in my teens, when I played sport at a high level. Today, I focus my time on carrying that drive and professional expertise into my clients sessions and lives.

Train in comfort

I strive to be the best in my field. This motivation led me to establish my own studio, USPT, in Upper Saxondale, Nottinghamshire some eleven years ago. Today, I welcome clients to my custom-built, private studio located in Granby in the Vale of Belvoir, just a few minutes from Bingham.

Who I work with

I am proud to have a regular client base built almost exclusively by word-of-mouth recommendations. My clients range from the ages of 8 to 80 and are primarily looking to enhance their health, lifestyle, and daily well-being. No matter where you are starting from, I build tailored training plans to match your exact needs.

I bring over a decade of industry experience to our sessions, including time spent personal training internationally in Austria and Mexico. I hold a comprehensive CYQ Level 3 qualification, covering:
