Online Legs, Bums and Tums

Tuesday at 6.30pm

Exactly as it says…we target the legs and bum with a range of different shaping and toning exercises…then onto the whole core (stomach, abs and back).

This class is suitable for any ability and is done at your own pace.

The class is run via Zoom and is for a 45 minute period.
